Welcome to EdsStays. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the reservation of properties managed by EdsStays, operated by DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO CIELO AZUL, S.R.L. By using our website or booking a property, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all reservation information is accurate.

2. Payments

Payment terms vary depending on the selected rate and booking conditions.

Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, lost keys, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are displayed during the booking process and may vary by property and rate.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy associated with the reservation.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Unless otherwise specified:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests may be required to provide government-issued identification before arrival to comply with local regulations and building security requirements.

5. House Rules

Guests agree to:

Treat the property with care and respect.

Follow all building rules and community regulations.

Keep noise to a minimum, especially during designated quiet hours.

Not host parties or events unless explicitly authorized.

Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing.

Not allow unauthorized visitors or overnight guests.

Comply with all applicable laws during their stay.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

6. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest.

7. Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside all properties unless specifically indicated otherwise.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if this policy is violated.

8. Pets

Pets are permitted only in properties where they are explicitly allowed and must be approved before arrival.

Additional fees or restrictions may apply.

9. Liability

EdsStays and DESARROLLO INMOBILIARIO CIELO AZUL, S.R.L. are not responsible for:

Loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

Accidents or injuries occurring during the stay, except where required by applicable law.

Interruptions to utilities, internet service, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Guests use the property at their own risk.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide accommodations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
